5. SERVICE REQUESTS AND BOOKINGS

Submission of an inquiry, quote request, staffing request, or booking request does not create a contractual relationship.

A project engagement is not confirmed until:

• Availability has been verified;

• Pricing has been approved;

• Applicable agreements have been executed; and

• Required deposits have been received.

XTRA reserves the right to decline any engagement request at its sole discretion.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

• A deposit may be required before services begin.

• Final invoices are due according to the payment terms stated on the invoice.

• Late payments may be subject to service charges, interest, collection costs, attorney fees, and recovery expenses as permitted by law.

• Clients remain responsible for all approved labor, expenses, equipment, travel, lodging, per diem, and applicable taxes.

Many CrewPODS professionals operate as independent contractors.

We strive to provide highly qualified personnel and professional services, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
