A CrewPOD is a pre-built, pre-qualified team of AV and event production professionals drawn from a deliberately small roster — not a database of names.
Most PODs are organized in units of three: a senior mentor, a seasoned technician, and a developing assist. They scale from a single specialist to crews of 100+, and every unit retains the ability to operate, coordinate, and redeploy on its own. Built for chemistry, not just credentials.
